This website does not include a form for submitting your telephone number, name, email address, or item information. If you manually text or email us, we receive the contact information and message content you choose to provide. If you later visit an office, we may collect information needed to evaluate an item, communicate an offer, complete a transaction, verify identity or ownership, and maintain required records.

Information collected automatically

Our website host and security providers may automatically collect limited technical information, such as IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, access times, referring page, and security events. We may also receive basic website-performance and usage information from providers that help us operate the site.

• Discuss items we may purchase and arrange in-person evaluations.

3. SMS and MMS messaging

The Gold ATM uses text messaging primarily for one-to-one customer-service conversations. You may initiate a conversation by manually texting our publicly listed business number. When you text us, you consent to replies related to your inquiry.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help or email sales@thegoldatm.com.

The Gold ATM does not use this messaging program for unsolicited bulk messages, purchased contact lists, or recurring promotional text-message blasts. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of visiting our offices, having an item evaluated, accepting an offer, or using our services.

5. How we disclose information

We may disclose information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers. To trusted providers that support website hosting, business communications, customer service, security, recordkeeping, and similar operations, subject to appropriate restrictions.
• Legal and safety purposes. When reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, enforce our policies, investigate suspected fraud, or protect the rights, safety, property, or security of The Gold ATM or others.
• Business changes. As part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to applicable privacy requirements.
• At your direction. When you direct or authorize us to do so.

The mobile-information restrictions in Section 4 apply to every category above.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

This version of the website does not use an advertising pixel or a contact form. Our hosting or security provider may use essential technologies or server logs to deliver, protect, and measure the website. If we add optional analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this Policy and provide any choices required by law.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including customer service, transaction records, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.
